With Francesca’s open and collaborative way, she allowed me to open myself during our sessions and experienced a total circle of trust, in which I could share all my thoughts and received valuable feedback in a reflecting way on what and how I shared it.
Our coaching sessions increased my motivation and increased my awareness about importance to help people develop, which changed my focus from supporting my teams to get “things done” into guiding them to find their own ways to solve the problem.
Furthermore, I tried to use my learnings to develop individual development plans for my team members based on their interests and motivation.

Her way of asking questions, but as well listen and summarize / feedback what she heard, were amazing, as it helped me to identify what is important for me. We selected the right speed and sequence of meetings to let me digest and reflect on our sessions. My personal highlight was our face-to-face coaching in Hanover, and this would be my only idea for improving: meet more frequently face-to-face.
