I met Francesca in 2022 in a training that she was conducting within our organization. I was amazed by her exceptional training and facilitation skills, especially the ability to effectively engage a large audience. I have attended several trainings and workshops with Francesca since, always taking the unique opportunity to learn from her, put newly acquired soft skills into practice, and share best practice. On these several occasions Francesca has demonstrated a conscious focus on her audience, adjusting the event format to the number and skill level of participants.
Francesca’s drive to develop others and her enthusiasm for coaching in particular is contagious. She had a great impact on my decision to become a coach myself. She supported me along that journey offering several sessions in which I could learn from her remarkable coaching style as well as practice my coaching skills with her as a client. Her genuine feedback after each session was invaluable. I feel very lucky to have Francesca as my mentor. I regularly approach her with my coaching related questions and challenging client situations. The combination of Francesca’s coaching expertise and her unique mentoring skills makes her a great fit for developing other coaches.
The coaching sessions with Francesca gave me also a possibility to grow as a person. Her ability to build trust makes her clients open instantly and courageously strive for their goals . Francesca is a great listener who virtually reads the air. Sometimes all it takes is THE ONE question to make you experience your AHA-moment! She helped me realize what calls me at this stage of my career and what changes I need to initiate to follow that voice. Having that clarity I could hit the road and the journey itself feels enjoyable and fulfilling. I would truly recommend Francesca as a coach, mentor, and/or a trainer to any potential client.
