Let's Work Together

I rarely meet someone looking for coaching.

I meet people with a problem who want a solution — coaches, supervisors, leaders, and helping professionals who need space to think, professionals who feel stuck, and people ready to grow. Whether that turns out to be coaching, supervision, training, or something else, we figure it out together. Here's where each starting point tends to lead.

Which one sounds more like you? Select it to jump straight there.

Professionals, leaders & mavericks — Coaching

You're doing everything "right" — and still feel stuck.

Something's off, and you can't quite name it. Maybe you're feeling stuck at work, successful but strangely unfulfilled, weighing a big decision, or just content — except something's clearly missing. From the outside, nothing looks wrong, which almost makes it harder.

This is usually where coaching comes in. It's one-to-one, held over video, and paced around you — no predetermined destination, and no push toward any particular decision, especially not quitting. We start with self-awareness: naming what's actually bothering you, the gap between what you expected and what you're experiencing, and the values quietly running the show. From there, we look at your real alternatives — the ones available to you right now, not just the extreme ones frustration tends to point you toward.

You might recognise yourself here if: you're a mid-career professional, leader, executive, team member, entrepreneur, innovator, maverick, or simply someone who's never quite fit the mould — doing good work in difficult conditions and wanting clarity before your next move, not after it.

Coaches, mentors, supervisors & leaders — Supervision

You hold space for others. Who holds space for you?

If you're a coach, mentor, supervisor, leader, or helping professional, chances are you spend your working life holding space for others and carrying everyone else's weight — and rarely get a confidential space of your own to process a difficult session or think out loud.

This is usually where supervision comes in. Built on EMCC and ICF standards, it holds three functions — normative, formative, and restorative — making room for the sessions and situations that are staying with you, any skills or training you need along the way, the ethical questions without a clean answer, and the systemic pressures you're carrying on behalf of everyone else. I hold the EMCC Global ESIA accreditation as a Coach and Mentor Supervisor.

You might recognise yourself here if: you're a coach, mentor, supervisor, leader, or helping professional wanting real reflective dialogue on your practice.

People ready for deep growth — Coach Education

You want to shape meaningful relationships — with yourself and others.

Maybe you're curious about becoming a coach. Maybe you're not, and you simply want to improve your human skills and build a grounded relationship with yourself and the people around you. Either way, you're ready for something transformative — not another course.

This is usually where The Human Shift Practitioner Program comes in — my coach education pathway, structured as a Practitioner level and a Senior Practitioner level, with an accreditation with an important coaching organisation currently in progress.

You might recognise yourself here if: you're drawn to a transformational journey of self-growth that shapes meaningful relationships and deeper self-awareness — whether or not coaching becomes part of your path.

Coaches raising their game — Mentor Coaching

You're a coach ready to sharpen your craft, or your credential.

If you're already advancing your coaching and working toward your next ICF credential — ACC, PCC, or MCC — or simply committed to sharpening your craft at a higher level, you need structured, competency-based feedback, not general advice.

This is usually where mentor coaching comes in. I hold the ICF Mentor Coaching Specialization (MCS) at ACC, PCC, and MCC level, so wherever you are in your credentialing journey, I can mentor you at that level and beyond. Sessions combine listening to your coaching with direct, practical feedback — the kind of mirror that's hard to get for yourself.

You might recognise yourself here if: you're a coach working toward ACC, PCC, or MCC credentialing or renewal, or simply want sharper, more intentional coaching skills.
