Francesca has helped me to go through many difficult challenges mainly related to my professional career. She helped me to grow in many aspects, like managing better my emotions in the workplace, increasing my self-esteem and self-confidence, defining my vision and values, dealing with a quite difficult manager, and lately deciding about my professional future. Francesca was always available when I needed a conversation. Our conversations were incredibly useful and valuable for me. I always felt in a safe and compassionate environment where I was able to talk and make sense of my thoughts. I really appreciate the way she always listens while I am thinking or talking (and I can talk a lot). I always felt also empowered to decide what I wanted to explore during the conversation or not. I am so thankful with the way she helped me to organize my thoughts when I went all over the place, and how she challenged me with all those questions. Our conversations helped me to have important realizations and use them in my own way, creating my own small plans, or giving small steps, or whatever. All of this has had a huge impact in my life. Actually, I feel I am now a different person, more self-confident, with more self-esteem, I don’t feel like a victim anymore. I will continue my coaching conversations with Francesca because these conversations help me to reflect and grow, at many levels, not only professional. I am very thankful because she is always keen to support me.
Having worked with a number of very well-educated and experienced colleagues throughout my career as well as completing a systemic business coach training myself, it has been my absolute pleasure to be Francesca’s coachee in the context of a company internal coaching program. Learning from Francesca on the methodological coaching side due to her extensive practice has been my joy, but the way we have been engaging as coachee and coach is truly special. Right from the beginning, Francesca has managed to establish a strong relationship and feeling of trust between us, which made it possible for me to discuss even my toughtest topics and problems with her. Within a short timeframe, I was able to substantially change my way of seeing and dealing with some aspects that I have been struggeling with for years throughout my personal and professionel development. This has enabled me to perform better at work and significantly improving my personal well-being. I met Francesca in 2022 in a training that she was conducting within our organization. I was amazed by her exceptional training and facilitation skills, especially the ability to effectively engage a large audience. I have attended several trainings and workshops with Francesca since, always taking the unique opportunity to learn from her, put newly acquired soft skills into practice, and share best practice. On these several occasions Francesca has demonstrated a conscious focus on her audience, adjusting the event format to the number and skill level of participants. Francesca’s drive to develop others and her enthusiasm for coaching in particular is contagious. She had a great impact on my decision to become a coach myself. She supported me along that journey offering several sessions in which I could learn from her remarkable coaching style as well as practice my coaching skills with her as a client. Her genuine feedback after each session was invaluable. I feel very lucky to have Francesca as my mentor. I regularly approach her with my coaching related questions and challenging client situations. The combination of Francesca’s coaching expertise and her unique mentoring skills makes her a great fit for developing other coaches. The coaching sessions with Francesca gave me also a possibility to grow as a person. Her ability to build trust makes her clients open instantly and courageously strive for their goals . Francesca is a great listener who virtually reads the air. Sometimes all it takes is THE ONE question to make you experience your AHA-moment! She helped me realize what calls me at this stage of my career and what changes I need to initiate to follow that voice. I consider myself honoured to have been coached by Francesca. Her passion for coaching is reflected by hundreds of hours of practical experience. What never ceases to amaze me is her genuine care for another person which is somehow forgotten these days. Not only does Francesca excel at it, but she also seasons it with humbleness and exceptional empathy. In our sessions we worked on highly ambitious goals and dream future juxtaposed with seemingly ordinary, mundane, present reality. It used to be a volatile combination that kept leading me to frustration and helplessness. Thanks to Francesca I started to appreciate my day-to-day life and cherish the present moment. Francesca's coaching helped me significantly with my approach to problem-solving.
