Who am I?
Welcome to my corner of the internet! I’m Francesca Rossin, and I’m here because I deeply care about your success and the journey that brings you there. As a dedicated coach, trainer, and facilitator, my greatest joy comes from helping people navigate change and emerge stronger on the other side.
My superpower? Active listening. I believe that truly hearing someone—understanding not just their words, but the emotions and intentions behind them—is the key to unlocking potential and driving meaningful transformation. With over 20 years of experience in the corporate world, particularly in IT, I’ve honed this skill through diverse roles, from leading distributed teams of software quality experts to launching and running my own business.
My professional path began with a degree in Computer Science and led to nearly 15 years as an IT professional. But the turning point came when I took a leap of faith: I sold most of my possessions, started a company with my partner, and embarked on a journey of entrepreneurship and global travel. Together, we created Geek Divers, a SaaS operations management system for dive centers and dive resorts, which allowed us to work remotely while exploring the world.
It was during these travels that I discovered a passion for connecting with people, understanding their unique challenges, and creating safe spaces for open, honest, and meaningful conversations. This passion led me to shift my focus to coaching and facilitation. When the Covid-19 pandemic brought us back to Europe, I embraced the opportunity to deepen my expertise in coaching and agile practices.
Today, I am committed to helping individuals, teams, and organizations achieve their goals through personalized coaching sessions, dynamic workshops, and impactful training programs. Whether we’re meeting virtually or in person, my purpose is to support you through change, fostering growth, learning, and meaningful connections along the way.

My professional coaching journey started with a Scrum Master course and continued through product management and an agile mindset.
Scuba diving
The underwater world is my happy place, especially if it's colorful, warm and peaceful. I am a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.
Travel
I have traveled for short and extended periods as a tourist, a business traveler, and a digital nomad. Traveling inevitably forces me to step out of my comfort zone, form a new routine, and adapt to a new environment.
Expat living
I have lived and worked in several countries, picked up some phrases in a few languages, and been curious about how people deal with problems in different cultures.

I love science, its neverending quest for continuous improvement, and its need to challenge what we know to discover what is still unknown.

Key facts
I speak Italian, my mother tongue, and English fluently. My German is improving daily, and my Spanish is very rusty.
During my travels, I’ve picked up some phrases and words in Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, and Arabic.
