As an education provider pursuing ICF accreditation, Geek Techware UG strictly adheres to and emphasises the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics. Meeting these ethical standards of behaviour serves as the foundational competency of our entire curriculum.
* Ethical Marketing Agreement: We commit to acting with total integrity, transparency, and respect. We explicitly reject manipulative, predatory, or dishonest sales tactics, and we strive to provide a completely safe, pressure-free registration environment.
* Equitable Access: We continuously work to provide fair, stable, and equitable pricing across all of our modules to support open access to high-quality coaching and facilitation education. By completing the 30% deposit booking process, the participant enters into a formal enrollment agreement, committing to engage with the program honestly and professionally, and to be fully aligned with these ethical standards.
Success in The Human Shift demands full commitment, psychological safety, and reciprocal trust from all members of the ecosystem. By enrolling, participants agree to be fully present during all live sessions and participate to the absolute best of their ability.
* Professional Expectations: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a highly professional manner. This includes arriving on time, keeping video cameras on during live virtual sessions to foster connection, silencing distractions, and assuming complete responsibility for their own learning while actively contributing to others’ learning.
* Relational Integrity: Dialogue must be entered into with honesty, empathy, and absolute respect for the diverse backgrounds, insights, and experiences of fellow participants and instructors. We embrace diversity and inclusion while actively respecting the raw dignity and humanity of every person in the room.
At this time, Geek Techware UG is unable to offer course credit or partial hourly certificates for incomplete course attendance. You must complete the entire designated program curriculum and its synchronous/asynchronous hour tracks to receive credit or graduate from the course.
Transfer of Credit Policy: We operate a fully distinct learning environment. At this time, we do not accept partial course credit or hourly transfers from other training organisations or programs. Even if you have completed a separate Level 1 program with an alternative provider, you must enrol in and complete the entirety of our specified Level 2 program to be eligible for graduation from The Human Shift.
Geek Techware UG is a vibrant, respectful learning community committed to diversity, inclusion, belonging, and justice. We place these values at the forefront of our educational environments.
* Non-Discrimination Policy: All qualified individuals are entirely welcome to participate in our programs. Recruitment, hiring, and educational delivery are conducted with zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, age, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, or disability. We are fully prepared to accommodate various learning needs to make our program universally accessible. Please contact us before enrolling to determine how we can best support your specific requirements.
* Grievance Resolution Process: To ensure fair, timely, and equitable treatment, any participant has the right to file a grievance regarding content, facilities, or faculty behaviour. Step 1: The participant should first attempt to resolve the issue directly through an open dialogue with the individual involved. If they are uncomfortable doing so, they may proceed to Step 2. Step 2: The participant must submit a written grievance to the Program Director within 14 days. The Director will review the issue and conduct a one-on-one dialogue with the student within 14 days to co-create a fair resolution. Step 3: If the issue remains unresolved, a formal appeal request, including the original complaint and grounds for dissatisfaction, can be sent to the executive administration. A written response will be provided within 14 calendar days, and this appeal decision will stand as final.
